DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervises the work section and subordinates to ensure effective completion of their responsibilities.
- Establishes work standards, performance measures, goals and objectives.
- Assigns deliverables/tasks to subordinates.
- Evaluates work performance, tracks and reviews work progress of subordinates.
- Provides direction and guidance.
- Coaches, counsels and motivates subordinates.
- Keeps subordinates abreast of new/revised information, policies, systems and procedures.
- Recommends personnel action/movement.
- Conducts job orientation and technical trainings.
- Identifies and recommends training program/seminar for staff development.
- Recommends and implements disciplinary actions as needed in consultation with Immediate Superior.
- Develops marketing concepts, promotional opportunities and ideas.
- Prepares Competitors’ Analysis and Market Changes Report within their respective area and submits to Immediate Superior.
- Ensures proper distribution of all advertising or promotional materials of the company.
- Conducts tele-marketing to encourage clients to renew their loan.
- Reviews the application and completeness of documents submitted by client before endorsing to the Account Officer.
- Monitors the status of loan applications and documents endorsed to Account Officer.
- Prepares monthly report on actual releases, new accounts, override commissions of Loan Consultants, new recruited Loan Consultants and branch incentives to be submitted to the Head Office.
- Recruits and sources potential Loan Consultants.
- Assists and supports the Loan Consultants in their marketing efforts/campaigns.
- Conducts meetings, seminars and orientations for Loan Consultants.
- Performs the functions of Branch Manager in his/her absence.
- Manages special events.
- Handles customer’s/client’s inquiries through telephone, e-mail or walk-in.
- Performs other work-related functions and duties that may be assigned.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- With degree in Business Management, Sales or Marketing, or other related course.
- With at least two (2) years work-related experience in Marketing, one year of which is in supervisory capacity.
- Has experience in developing and maintaining marketing strategies and has knowledge on latest market trends.
- Should have technical marketing skills, relevant product and industry knowledge.
- Has excellent communication skills (both written and oral), marketing skills, problem solving skills, presentation skills and people skills.
- Should be persuasive, assertive, creative, innovative, adaptable and analytical.
- Has the ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
- Should have strong convincing power and teamwork skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
