As the Senior Manager of Information Security, you will oversee and manage the organisation's information security program. You will lead a team of security professionals and work closely with other departments to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data. This role requires a deep understanding of information security principles, risk management, and compliance requirements.
Outline of Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Be a champion for Information Security both internally and externally.
- Keep up to date with the latest in information security.
- Assess current technology architecture for vulnerabilities and weaknesses and for possible upgrades or improvements.
- Provide information security awareness training to organisation personnel.
- Evaluate the business unit budget and costs associated with technological training.
- Understand the security needs of internal and external stakeholders, regulators, and auditors.
- Support the development and execution of an overall IT Security Plan.
- Enforce infrastructure security, including Microsoft, Linux/Unix, Workstations, and POS terminals.
- Implement and oversee technological upgrades, improvements and significant changes to the information security environment.
- Develop standardised documentation to create a record of breaches.
- Create a business continuity plan for a data breach or cyber-attack.
- Coordinating regular penetration tests, vulnerability scans, etc.
- Identify weaknesses in network protections and remediate them.
- Analyze traffic flows, system logs, Perform risk assessments and testing
- Develop a long-term cybersecurity roadmap.
- Contribute to creating a culture of risk and control centered on proactive awareness of and enhancement of the control environments.
- Mentor the IT Security team members and implement professional development plans for all team members.

Pay: Php90,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
