Role Summary:
The Division Head of Business Development position oversees critical functions, including sales, sales support, order distribution, and client management. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, adept at managing diverse teams, and passionate about achieving organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
- Manage the sales team, including sales representatives, account managers, and business development executives.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with marketing to align sales strategies with market trends.
Sales Support and Order Distribution:
- Oversee the sales support function, ensuring efficient lead management, proposal preparation, and customer inquiries.
- Work closely with the order distribution team to optimize order fulfillment processes.
- Monitor order levels, delivery timelines, and delivery accuracy.
Service Costing and Pricing:
- Develop and maintain accurate service cost models.
- Collaborate with finance and operations to determine pricing strategies.
- Ensure competitive pricing while maintaining profitability.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Understand client needs, address concerns, and provide exceptional service.
- Collaborate with account managers to enhance client satisfaction.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Explore new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams.
Budgeting and Financial Planning:
- Forecast revenue, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation.
- Balance cost-effectiveness with revenue targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments (finance, operations, business support) to ensure seamless processes.
- Collaborate with product development teams to align offerings with market needs.
- Foster a collaborative and customer-centric culture.
Travel Requirements: Will be travelling from different locations - Quezon City and Bulacan.
