Blending warehousing, administration duties, and customer service to create an exceptional experience for our customers - This role will have you collaborating closely with our customers and in-store team to ensure seamless operations and outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage receiving of stock in store
- Oversee deliveries and handle customer inquiries related to online orders
- Assist with customer queries and coordinate repairs with our in-store Tech Team
- Organising and managing claims for returns to suppliers for credits and repairs
About You:
You are a self-motivated, team-oriented individual who thrives in a multifaceted role. Whether you're in the warehouse or interacting with customers face-to-face, you bring enthusiasm and adaptability.
Desired Attributes and Qualifications:
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Quick learner with strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications
- Forklift license preferred (we’re willing to provide this certification for the right candidate)
- Experience with managing high stock volumes is a plus
