Job Description
Borderless is one of the fastest growing platforms for the organisation of hiring and remote work. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing scale-up at a crucial phase of growth and help change an industry for the better.
This is a new role where you will join Borderless on an independent basis - as an introducing broker of our services. The role will involve engaging with the business community and being the voice for our products and services, developing relationships with customers and introducing them to our internal onboarding team.
You’ll report into the UK General Manager. This is an opportunity to be our first hire working solely on the Social Media side, join a fast-growing startup in the early stages, with a high degree of influence, and help us change an industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop your own pipeline of prospective customers.
- Introduce our product suite to potential customers in the UK and Europe.
- Assist with the onboarding team to ensure the smooth running payroll operations for new clients.
- Maintain relationships with your clients and keep Borderless' services at the forefront of their minds.
Requirements
- Proven communicator and sales ability.
- Hands-on experience with communications, community building, and management.
- General sales experience in developing and managing a prospect pipeline.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders.
