Job title: Senior Manager - Compensation and Benefits
Job Description:
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Compensation & Benefits Sr. Manager manages the day-to-day compensation and benefits function and is a strategic partner in the design and implementation of compensation and benefits programs.
- Assist in the development, implementation, administration and communication of compensation and benefits programs.
- Participate in external compensation and benefit surveys and analyze results against company programs, policies, and salary structure.
- Help in writing job descriptions and perform job evaluation and pricing.
- Ensure that compensation actions are administered fairly, consistently, and compliant with legal requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll inputs, such as employee movements, salary changes, employee data creation and update, attendance, other payroll credits, and deductions.
- Facilitate the annual merit increase and API program and support activities such as audits, HRIS evaluations, reward/incentive scheme development, etc.
- Lead annual benefits renewals, vendor reviews, health and wellness programs, other C&B initiatives, and relevant communication efforts.
- Oversee the day-to-day administration of the benefits function and programs (e.g. medical, insurance, loans, flex ben, time and attendance, statutory benefits, site clinic, etc.).
- Monitor benefits programs and recommend cost reduction measures and design enhancements.
- Collaborate closely and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform annual reviews and update of compensation and benefits policy documents and ensure compliance with existing legislation.
- Recommend performance or process improvements.
- Manage employee complaints, escalation, and feedback.
- Lead and supervise the performance and service delivery of team members.
General Safety and Security:
- Protects the organization’s assets by upholding the principles of the Quality Information Security Management System (QISMS).
- Ensures confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information critical to fulfilling the organization’s business functions.
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
- Extensive knowledge of benefits and compensation programs, policies and procedures, and general HR process.
- Strong knowledge of Labor Code and Labor Standards.
- Experience in HRIS configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Demonstrate a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
- Possess initiative and drive for continuous improvement.
- Solid project management skills including attention to detail and is highly organized.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Education and/or Experience: At least 8 years’ experience managing compensation and benefits function.
Work demands:
