In this critical leadership role, you’ll be responsible for:
Strategic Leadership: Contribute to the overall strategic and operational management of the organization, representing the company at conferences, seminars, and industry events, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Technology Center Management: Oversee the recruitment, development, and management of Technology Center resources, ensuring the team is equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver top-tier technology solutions.
Product Lifecycle Management: Lead the development and execution of product strategies, roadmaps, and designs, ensuring our products maintain a competitive edge and meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Resource Allocation and Administration: Manage the day-to-day operations of the Technology Center, including resource allocation, training, and time management, ensuring that projects and support tasks are executed efficiently.
Continuous Improvement: Monitor industry standards and compliance changes, identifying and implementing opportunities to improve product quality and operational efficiency across all phases of the product lifecycle.
Learning and Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive training and development plans for Technology Center resources, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team.
Human Resource Management: Oversee the full resource lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding, learning and growth, and offboarding, ensuring compliance with company policies and fostering a positive work environment.
To excel in this role, you bring:
Educational Background: Advanced understanding of business processes and technology solutions, with a strong grasp of Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Dynamics 365 Business Central, LS Central, and related applications.
Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading and managing technology teams, with experience in strategic planning, resource management, and product lifecycle management.
Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the technology stack, industry-related business processes, and best practices for product development and management.
Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to communicate complex concepts clearly, solve problems creatively, and manage conflicts effectively.
Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and deliver results under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
