Data Entry Specialist to support claim efforts

Job Scope
- One admin staff who has experience in using CRM systems and intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- His/Her primary task will be to update our CRM with our clients' details, which are pulled from current and past Emails.
- He/she will have to do this for all our current and past clients and get the CRM up to date.
- Each client will have many points of data so they will have to be capable of understanding (after instruction) what type of data we are looking for, being able to access the relevant emails and from there, add the relevant data to the CRM and/or outside Excel file.
- Some misc ad-hoc admin duties. At some point in the near future, we will be moving to a new CRM system.
- We will require him/her to be able to then transfer this data from our old CRM to the new CRM.
