Job Description
The Customer Service Assistant is in-charge of providing excellent customer service. Receive phone calls from clients/suppliers/partners and transfer to appropriate department/person. Take down messages and relay them to appropriate department/person. Assist tenants and customers with their queries/concerns.
REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College degree in any field; Well organized; Can work with minimum supervision; Willing to work during weekends and holidays. Willing to be assign in SM City Calamba, Laguna
