Senior Brand Manager Innovation & Renovation (Beverage)
We’re looking for a Senior Brand Manager based in our Gatwick Head office who will report into the Group Innovation & Renovation manager for the NESCAFÉ portfolio. It is an exciting opportunity in the marketing department, creating the I&R strategy, turning ideas into products, experiences & services that consumers love.
Our Opportunity
As Senior Brand Manager Innovation & Renovation on the NESCAFÉ soluble coffee portfolio reporting to the Group Innovation Manager, you will have responsibilities across 5 areas:
- Creating & shaping the 3-5 year I&R pipelines across NESCAFÉ Sub-brands
- Develop compelling insight led concepts that consumers want to purchase
- Work with technical teams to prove concepts can be turned into reality
- Concepts can be commercialised supporting customers & Nestlé growth ambitions
- Renovation of existing products to continue to delight consumers.
You’ll be responsible for upstream innovation & renovation from strategy to proof of concept, working with cross functional project teams including event management, finance, technical, marketing, sales, CCSD, procurement among others.
You
We’re looking for an experienced innovation & renovation marketing professional who has a strong academic background, qualified to Degree level; essentially you will have proven experience in strategy & pipeline development within a top ten FMCG company including extensive experience in consumer innovation or brands marketing roles with a product/service innovation bias. You will have already demonstrated management of a portfolio of I&R initiatives & ideally have a few innovation launches under your belt. Line management experience would be beneficial but not essential.
