Your Role in our Mission
To achieve our mission we need a driven and customer-obsessed marketing executive to work directly with our client success, account management, product and marketing teams to support increased customer advocacy, identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and increase loyalty and retention. While you will be comfortable working independently, you will also know the importance of collaborating with other departments to create an incredible customer experience and reach business goals.

Flexible, Hybrid Working:
Collaboration, connection as a team, and strong internal stakeholder relationships are part of the “RG Magic” that makes our culture thrive. Our marketing team works from our Tottenham Court Road office at least 2 days per week between Tuesday - Thursday.
Key Responsibilities
- Support with planning and executing B2B customer lifecycle marketing campaigns, through tactics such as email, webinars, direct mail and account-based marketing, focused on product education, usage and expansion.
- Educate customers about our products / services through mediums such as video, email, events, social media and landing pages.
- Support on global customer advocacy and community programmes, building and maintaining loyalty across our customer base.
- Work with the events team to plan, promote and deliver customer webinars, events, roundtables and networking events which support growth and usage.
- Act as the internal voice of the customer and work with product marketing to suggest product updates or releases that will directly benefit the user.
- Support the creation of sales enablement and resources that enable client success and account management to build positive and long lasting relationships with customers.
- Work closely with product marketing and B2C marketing to plan and implement end-user facing campaigns aligned with B2B comms programmes to increase adoption and usage within client accounts.
- Report on the performance and success of customer marketing campaigns.
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Marketing or a similar role like Campaign Marketing or Customer Success.
- Proven ability to recognise and understand customer pain points and turn that knowledge into adaptations or improvements.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys and sales touch points.
- An excellent communicator with strong writing skills.
- Experience in marketing performance and reporting.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Proficiency with marketing automation systems and CRM (preferably Salesforce and HubSpot)
