Team Description
Pendo is looking for a Director, Commercial Sales, EMEA.
A great candidate will be a results/action-oriented, collaborative, empathetic servant-leader who will both drive excellence in execution while building the foundation for growth. Your team’s sole focus will be to drive net new commercial logos across EMEA.
Reporting to the RVP, Commercial Sales EMEA, this Director will be tasked to manage and scale a team of high performing Commercial Account Executives.
This leader should be someone with experience in hiring, managing and developing a team of Account Executives who can operate both tactically co-selling with their team as well as strategically in driving the acquisition of commercial accounts across verticals and geographic locations.
Role Responsibilities
- Attract, select, onboard, develop, coach, motivate, promote and effectively manage a team of Commercial Account Executives
- Define and execute on strategies required to sustainably grow new sales across EMEA Commercial accounts
- Enable the team to proactively prospect, identify, qualify and develop pipeline
- Ensure internal cross-functional collaboration to drive effective team selling
- Strategically analyze industry trends and performance metrics to drive execution and accelerate results
- Drive excellence in sales execution leveraging the Pendo Value Framework
- Effectively develop and monitor accurate sales forecast
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years experience building and managing a high performing sales team
- 5+ years experience selling enterprise SaaS technology in a fast-paced environment.
- Track record of overachievement
- Must possess excellent value-based sales methodology, high aptitude to collaborate in a decentralized environment.
- Must demonstrate ability to adapt and lead in a fast changing environment
