The organisation:

The Role:
As a key member of the Advancement Team, the Graphic Designer and Marketing Assistant will prepare a wide variety of high calibre, printed and online material aligned to the brand guidelines of the school. Working on a fulltime basis, covering maternity leave for 13 months (with a possible short-term extension), you will be available to commence in the role from November 2024.
Responsibilities:
- Create visually compelling graphics for print, digital and social media platforms
- Design publications for magazines, brochures, and posters on a fortnightly and annual basis
- Photography & videography management of staff and students for publications
- Ensure all content reflects the high standards of the school through meticulous attention to detail
- Review and proofread design materials to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Control the school's digital image collection
- Organise office resources for print and photography supplies and equipment
Experience:
- Tertiary qualification in graphic design
- Professional graphic design experience, incorporating digital and off-set printing is essential
- Exceptional attention to detail and high-quality standards
- Proficient with Adobe Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Google Docs, operation of digital printers, desktop publishing, layout and typography, Microsoft 365
- Collaborative approach through impeccable interpersonal skills

Mandatory Safety Screening Checks:
