Job Title: Social Media & Administration Assistant
Type: We are looking for a part-time team member to work 12 hours per week over 3 days, during office hours. The specific days are flexible and can easily accommodate school drop-off and pick-up times if needed. There is potential for additional hours in the future, so please apply only if you are open to growing with the business.
Location information: Remote: Local to Brentwood (within a 15 mile radius is ideal, but not essential)
Rate of pay: £7,488 pro rata
We are a growing PA company based in Chelmsford and Brentwood, looking for a home-based Social Media and Admin Assistant. We're seeking someone with a creative flair to support both our business and clients' social media presence, as well as research and write engaging blogs. The ideal candidate will also be organised and able to assist with the administrative side of the business, when needed. You should be eager to learn new skills and open to taking on new tasks as the role evolves with our growing list of customer needs.
Your main job duties will include:
- Research and writing social media posts and blogs
- Creating social media images/reels
- Copy writing and writing newsletters
- Dealing with customer’s systems to carry out tasks
- Administration
- Facebook and ideally Twitter experience (training will be given)
- Good understanding of both Microsoft and Google platforms
- Good understanding of Canva
- Self-motivated and works well without supervision
- The ability to work on multiple projects at one time
- The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to be a team player
- Enjoys challenges
