In the role of Campaign Operations Director, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence across the UK Talon business. You will manage the activities and reporting on work conducted by the UK Campaign Operations team, which is responsible for supporting the services we provide for our UK Agencies/Clients by assisting the client-facing teams at the back end.
THE ROLE
As Campaign Operations Director, you will deliver best practice across the Campaign Operations processes and be a positive ambassador for Talon when dealing with Agencies/Clients directly when required as part of the role.
As a Campaign Operations Director, you will use your initiative and understanding of the business to ensure the whole Campaign Operations team is working in the best way possible. You will be proactive in improving the tasks the team performs to make them more efficient and work to the highest standards, providing consistent campaign operations service across all teams. Where the teams' work is not delivered to the business at the expected standards, the Campaign Operations Director will lead the team to rectify any issues.
You will focus on delivering the highest quality service while striving to drive continuous improvements across the team to make Talon more efficient and effective as a whole, not just in your individual role.

OUR TEAM
The Campaign Operations Team exists to support the planning teams, who aim to maximise the use of out of home as part of a brand's advertising media mix. More specifically, the team is responsible for the processes that deliver a booked plan into a live campaign, ensuring that campaign execution is a smooth process and that our clients are provided with all the information and services needed to create successful out of home campaigns, on time, and to the highest quality. They steward the production process, manage inventory that is booked for our campaigns and that flows through our proprietary ad-tech platforms. The team leads the verification of campaign posting and play out reports for our campaigns, reconciling when discrepancies are found. Building relationships internally and externally with clients, media owners, and suppliers is essential. The team fosters good relationships and is at the forefront of addressing any issues that arise. The team acts as a source of checking, ensuring that all campaign support functions are in place and correct.
