About The Role

What You'll Do
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a people strategy that aligns with our company’s mission, values, and growth objectives. Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on all matters related to people and culture.
- Employee Experience: Create consistent and meaningful employee experiences across all geographies, ensuring engagement, retention, and satisfaction. Champion initiatives that reinforce our values and culture.
- Talent Development: Design and implement professional development programs that are simple, effective, and aligned with our innovative culture. Focus on nurturing leadership skills and technical expertise across the organisation.
- Culture Stewardship: Protect and promote our non-traditional, people-first culture by avoiding burdensome policies and encouraging a flexible, agile approach to People practices.
- Innovation in HR: Lead the development of creative People solutions that support remote teams, scale with the company’s growth, and encourage continuous learning and collaboration.
Who You Are
- Proven experience in strategic HR leadership, preferably in a startup or rapidly scaling environment, particularly in tech or engineering environments.
- Proven track record in building and leading high-performing teams, with a focus on leadership development and succession planning.
- Experience in managing HR functions across multiple geographies, understanding the nuances of different cultures and legal frameworks.
- Skilled in navigating and driving change in an agile and innovative way, comfortable with ambiguity and has experience in implementing initiatives that support growth while maintaining cultural integrity.
- Strong ability to manage and engage remote, geographically dispersed teams.
- Passionate about fostering a culture that prioritises people over process and encourages ownership and integrity.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a deep understanding of how to drive employee engagement in a dynamic environment.
