What will you do?
This role will focus on managing prospects and winning new logos within the SMB segment for UK&I.
- Qualify inbound leads and run new business sales cycles from end to end
- Apply a proven playbook with the use of resources to manage the sales process through to close
- Proactively become an expert in the industry and the technology
- Proactively drive upsell and expansion with existing customers and assist Customer Success with renewals and customer engagement
- Participate in Industry events, such as trade shows, regional industry events, and our annual customer event
- Support the global Product Management team in designing features to improve user experience and roadmap planning
- Weekly CRM forecasting and pipeline management
- Multi-level stakeholder engagement
Who are we looking for?
- 1+ year of consistent achievement in an SMB Account Executive role with 2+ years of experience as a BDR/Outbound pipeline generation at a Software/SaaS company
- Maniacally focused on helping customers/prospects solve their problems and achieve their goals
- A strong cultural fit with a team-oriented attitude as well as intelligent and coachable
- Persuasive attitude and high negotiating and closing ability
- Proactivity and autonomy to achieve and exceed targets
- Highly disciplined with following a sales process, managing time, qualifying, and CRM management
- Background in selling software within the Property, Building or Facilities Management sector ideally
