Join our Sales Operations team - a great first step into the world of Property Technology and Operations!
This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work in collaboration with our Sales team to coordinate and optimise our Sales Associates' travel itineraries, manage landlord appointments, as well as deliver the highest level of customer service to our renters. With a mix of CRM management, customer service, project management, and planning, it's a great place to develop core operations skills.
Location: Southwark, London (office-based role - 1 day WFH post probation)
Salary: Depending on experience
Working Day and Time: 9am-6pm/10am-7pm Monday to Friday plus every other Saturday (advanced day in lieu for Saturday work)

Role and Opportunities:
- Customer Service and Fostering Relationships: Build strong connections with landlords and tenants to ensure our scheduled events are executed flawlessly.
- Travel and Event Coordination: Organise and coordinate travel itineraries for our Sales Associates, and manage all calendar events seamlessly.
- Customer Communication: Keep our customers informed with the latest and most relevant information regarding their appointments.
- Maximizing Viewings: Proactively seek opportunities to increase the number of property viewings facilitated by our Sales Team.
- Data Integrity: Conduct regular audits to keep our system updated with accurate property and access provider information.
- Timely Updates: Ensure Sales Associates, renters, and landlords are promptly informed of any changes.
