Role Overview
We’re looking for a Campaign Executive to join our Corporate Benefits team. In this role, you’ll manage communications and content for our Discount Product. You’ll design and deliver both employee-facing and customer-facing newsletters and create engaging campaign and promotional materials. You’ll play a key role in driving engagement and highlight the value of our Discounts product.
Responsibilities
- Build imagery and designs for our Discount newsletters and campaigns.
- Develop and execute monthly customer-facing campaigns.
- Responsible for generating weekly emails for our customers.
- Analyse data for our newsletter performance.
- Collaborate with the retail partnerships team to plan engaging content.
- Use our bespoke CRM system to work on newsletter administration tasks.
- Contribute to campaign planning to understand design intentions.
- Participate in ad hoc design projects.
- Work closely with our Customer Success team to understand our customer needs; this role has potential to lead into customer-facing communications.
What are we looking for?
- Have experience working with content creation , with previous experience in B2C.
- Has working knowledge of Design Software (for example Adobe, Figma) and understanding of design skills.
- Previously worked in or has an awareness of campaign ideation and planning (e.g., Black Friday campaigns).
- Has experience working with CRM systems with an understanding of segmentation and email sending (we use a bespoke CRM tool).
- Is able to communicate effectively to internal teams to get buy-in and collaboration.
- Understands buying behaviours (having experience working with eCommerce is a plus).
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Nice to Have:
- Exposure to FMCG marketing plans and seasonal campaigns.
- Experience with Google Analytics or similar tools is a plus.
