Peloton is looking for a passionate and hardworking CRM/Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join its Partnerships Marketing team. You will be responsible for optimizing Member onboarding and lifecycle campaigns (including seasonal and promotional campaigns) across Peloton partnerships striving to welcome every new Member and support their unique Peloton journey.
Through deep understanding of each Partnership’s objectives you’ll develop and implement customized, performance-oriented lifecycle programs. You’ll also serve as the lifecycle representative on integrated campaigns led by other marketers on the team; and in consultation with our Partners to support our joint B2B2C strategies.
The Peloton Partnerships team sits in Peloton’s Emerging Businesses and Partnerships Org, which is responsible for accelerating growth through new business channels. We work across a broad range of partnerships with brands like Delta, Chase, United Healthcare and many other organizations that offer the Peloton benefit.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Work with the Director of Partnerships Marketing to develop a comprehensive contact strategy, by Partner, that optimizes Member engagement with Peloton and path to purchase.
- Craft high-conversion email campaigns for seasonal and promotional flighting.
- Develop coordinated nurture campaigns across multiple channels (email, retargeting display ads, direct mail, SMS / push notifications, etc.), with the goal of uncovering the optimal course of action for various audience groups across each lifecycle stage.
- Partner with the go-to-marketing, creative, and media teams to iterate and test new messaging, tactics, and identify opportunities for deeper Member engagement.
- Methodically test and identify best performing content and messages for each audience, and lead segmentation across email, retargeting ads, landing pages, etc.
- Work with the broader lifecycle marketing group to explore lead scoring and sales propensity models to better inform your campaign strategies.
- Maintain performance analytics dashboards for each Partner, and by campaign (MAUs, open/CTO rates for email campaigns, offer conversion rates across each stage of the funnel, etc.).
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- 3+ years of email marketing experience.
- Proven experience working in Simon, Hubspot, Braze, Salesforce or other marketing automation platforms.
- Understanding of CRM or user-level schema for use in segmentation and targeting.
- Experience coding in HTML and with design platforms like Stensul and Canva.
- Analytical mentality and unparalleled attention to detail, including insight development and trend-spotting.
- Enjoy problem-solving and making complicated situations simple and painless.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where teamwork and adaptability are key.
