As part of our national team, these roles will be instrumental in driving us to achieve our ambitious goal - what we call 490 - by 2028. 490 means that we want 90% of children to pass the key stage 1 phonics check, 90% to reach the expected standard in reading, writing and maths at key stage 2 and 90% of our pupils to achieve the grade 4 or above in GCSE English and maths, and 90% of children to be secure readers for their age.
We are Lift Schools:
We’re a diverse and inclusive network of schools with a clear mission to provide an excellent education to every child, in every classroom, every day. Education transforms lives – and we want every child in our schools to achieve their full potential.
We believe that talent drives performance. As one of the largest networks of schools in the country, we offer the scale, opportunity, and expertise needed to empower our leaders to make a lasting change. - Deliver deep and lasting change to the lives of children in your region, while being an integral part of a dynamic team with nationwide reach.
- Lead and empower principals in your region to improve standards and drive transformative change.
- Work nationally as part of a team of regional education directors, securing sustainable excellence for every Lift School.
You’re someone who has:
- A recent track record of impact as an executive leader across a number of schools.
- A sound understanding of how to support schools to drive lasting improvement at pace.
- A natural talent for inspiring leaders to be their absolute best, alongside a deep evidence-led knowledge of curriculum.
- An unwavering commitment to ensuring all children and young people, regardless of background or ability, receive an excellent education.
In return
You’ll work alongside some of the brightest minds in education within a supportive and ambitious organisation. If you’re ready for an unparalleled challenge and professional growth within one of the largest national networks of schools, we’d love to hear from you.
