About The Role
As a Campaign Manager at KX, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring innovative marketing campaigns that effectively generate demand and enhance lead generation efforts. Your strategic mindset and execution capabilities will directly contribute to the growth and success of our company in the B2B technology market, especially within financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns that align with KX’s goals and effectively target B2B audiences, with a focus on the technology and financial services sectors.
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, and content teams to craft compelling campaign messaging and value propositions.
- Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns, leveraging digital, email, social media, and event channels to maximize reach and impact.
- Manage campaign budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely delivery of campaign elements.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, using insights to optimize ongoing and future campaigns.
- Experiment with new strategies, tools, and tactics to continually improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure campaigns are generating high-quality leads and to streamline the lead handoff process.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform and refine campaign strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (Significant work experience in lieu of a degree may be considered).
- 3-5 years of experience in campaign management, demand generation, or a similar role within a B2B environment, preferably in a technology company.
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing metrics and reporting.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools like Pardot, DemandBase and Wordpress.
- Exceptional project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in financial services is highly desirable but not required.
Location & Workplace Type
We are open to applications in Belfast, Dublin and the US East Coast. This role will be a hybrid model with 2 days in office required.
