Position Title: Manager, HR – DEI & Well-being - ACG Group
Department: Corporate Human Resources
Location: Jogeshwari, Mumbai
Reports to: Global Head, L&OD, DEI,TM, Engagement & Well- being - ACG Group
Job Objective:
- Lead the COE for DEI and Well-being by providing functional expertise to the group
- Support institution building through creating a Global institution which thrives on diversity, equitable & inclusive cultural practices focused on women and young talent (focus areas) and a work environment invested in associate wellbeing.
Primary responsibilities:
Strategic and Planning
- Fortify DEI and wellbeing practices across ACG Group to enable an inclusive workplace and drive associate wellbeing.
- Owning ACG’ DEI & Wellness Philosophy and directing ecosystem creation and system alignment in this space.
Functional
- Design, deliver and measure capability development interventions in DEI & wellbeing vertical.
- Design DEI & Wellbeing programs and activities to increase engagement levels, reduce attrition and increase business efficiency.
- Creating and regular monitoring of budget for DEI & Wellbeing functions.
- Implement DEI and wellbeing agenda by bringing key stakeholders together to diagnose root causes for performance gaps, plan and implement appropriate action planning.
- Work with Marketing team to ensure effective communication through various communication channels, both internally and externally to effectively communicate DEI & Wellbeing activities.
- Introduce new initiatives, policies & processes level changes to create holistic associate wellness and an inclusive workplace experience.
Internal Functions
- Ensure timely payments for the external partners and vendors
- Coordinate with BU DEI and Wellbeing Champions/Leads for execution of DEI and wellbeing interventions.
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.
Key Result Areas:
- On-time completion of planned initiatives
- Employee engagement score as per internal survey, DEI & Wellness Index arrived
- Ensuring process compliance in units for both DEI and wellbeing processes
Key Interfaces:
- Internal Interfaces: Business HR Heads, HR COEs, DEI & Wellbeing Leads (for execution at group companies and units), Support teams like finance, IT, marketing etc.
- External Interfaces: External consultants
Competencies:
- Technical Competency: DEI Strategy, Project Implementation Support, Employee Wellbeing
- Leadership Competency: Entrepreneur, Nurturer, Innovator, Partner, Integrator, Builder
Educational and Experience Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or Related field
- At least 2 years of work experience in DEI and wellbeing
- At least 2 years of experience in driving HR initiatives for a large organization (can be as an internal employee or consultant)
