Role - Training Content Developer & Success Factor Functional Consultant
Location: Delhi/ Hyderabad/ Mumbai/ Noida/ Pune
Job Summary
Training Developer role, Consultant level, will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience executing the activities and tasks related to developing materials for end user training programs for systems implementation projects. This includes identifying the learning needs and objectives, developing curriculum materials, building training content and materials in various formats, and prepare for a variety of delivery mechanisms, such as e-learning, instructor-led, blended, or mobile, depending on the context and the target audience. A successful training developer candidate needs to be able to work on different types of systems, such as SAP and Success Factors. This role requires collaboration with subject matter experts within the consulting team as well as clients’ resources and other stakeholders to ensure the validity of the content, quality of materials, and relevance to the training needs of the end users.
Skills
- 3+ years of experience developing end user training artifacts for various modules of SAP, Success Factors, etc.
- Understands business functionality related to SuccessFactors (preference for recruiting & onboarding, performance & goals), SAP modules/applications (preference for financial modules).
- Minimum 3+ years using content development acceleration tools such as: Captivate, Articulate, Canva, SAP Enable Now, etc.
- Experience creating content for different types of training curriculum approaches (i.e., role-based, process-based, or functionality-based).
- Experience in executing and delivering work-products and deliverables with minimal supervision.
- Establishes and assigns SAP user roles for users who attend SAP training classes.
- 1+ years’ experience facilitating course sessions including Train-the-Trainer.
- BS degree in Business, Education, Training, HR, Information Technology or related field.
Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs assessments/instructional analysis.
- Develop full storyboards, curriculum maps, course outlines, training materials.
- Create end user training content and materials based on the system being implemented (note: this will require learning enough about the system and processes to be able to develop relevant training materials).
- Conduct performance-based measurement assessments for objective evaluation of meeting end user training objectives.
