Raised on Denim India is primarily a manufacturer and exporter of high fashion, woven and knitted garments. We are looking for candidates to help expand our B2B customer base both in the international and domestic segment.
Responsibilities
- Scouting and identifying potential organizations who meet our criteria
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
- Setting up a long term strategic business plan by understanding their requirements and expand the customer base.
- Review the business with these organizations periodically to understand any blockers, issues and pain points to increase revenue generation
- Work with internal team members to ensure successful on-boarding and implementation for new clients
- Drive sales, aggressively expand the customer base, and generate new revenue
- Prepare and present reports on business development activities and progress to management
- Provide insights and recommendations to management based on data analysis and performance metrics.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to be able to provide the best possible options to our clients.
Qualifications and Skills Required.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and relationship management in the apparel segment with atleast 5 years of experience in the same.
- High level connects at key organizations which could help in business development.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to travel as needed and work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
