Key Responsibilities:
Compensation and Benefits Management
- Manage design & implementation of total rewards initiatives, policies and best practices
- Conduct external benchmarking for compensation by working with various vendors and participating in market surveys, compiling and analysing various reports.
- The ability to design a fair, equitable and motivating compensation plan that includes the right mix of monetary and non-monetary benefits in lieu of their skills, abilities and contribution to organization’s success and compliant with the relevant statutory framework.
- Conducts compensation survey on various benchmarks like industry, product, process etc. & applies the analysis to ensure appropriate compensation across all positions/departments & according to industry standard keeping in mind the organization brand
- Supports in the planning, budgeting & monitoring of all compensation for all the functions across the organization
- Complies with compensation and benefits practices, laws, and regulations
- Ensures the salary structure has an optimum mixture of monetary & non- monetary benefits as per industry standards and applicable compliances
- Designs and implements compensation & benefits strategies that directly connect individual performance to organizational success
- Communicates the trends in rewards program to internal stakeholders
Payroll Management:-
- Accountable for driving end to end delivery of Payroll Operations
- Timely & accurate Full and Final Settlement
- Payroll Query Management
- Showcase the HR Payroll Cost Analysis
- MIS reporting – for payroll accounting
Leave & Attendance Management:-
- Leave Set up management
- Annual leave reconciliation
Statutory Compliance:-
- Accountable for ensuring compliances of existing regulations under applicable Labor Laws.
- Statutory remittances to the concerned Authorities as per calendar, 100% compliance.
- Ensuring contracts are executed in accordance with corporate guidelines.
- Proactively keeping up to date with employment legislation changes and updating policies and processes as needed.
- Gratuity Fund Management, audit and valuation.
Human Resource Audits:-
- Accountable for Internal & External Audits.
- Participate in ISO Audits from HR perspective.
- Drive the audit findings to closure.
Requirements :
Hard skills:
Minimum: Diploma or Degree in any field
- 8 – 10 Years of experience in similar role
- Excellent Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
- Fluent in English
- Preferably fluent in Tamil
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Knowledge of outlook mail
- Experience dealing with off-site team members
- Knowledge on HR activities like Recruitment, Admin, Policies and procedures.
