The Role:
- Managing a small portfolio of 120 properties
- Effectively liaise with tenants and landlords
- Conduct outgoing and routine inspections
- Complete repairs & maintenance management
- Arrears control
- Assist with making recommendations for rental increases and lease renewals
- Working towards targets and KPI’s
- NO leasing and NO accounts
The Candidate: - The Tools of the Trade – Certificate of Registration or License, car, drivers license
- Previous experience in Real Estate
- A natural relationship builder with exemplary customer service
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Strong administration skills
- The ability to work in a top performing team
