Job Responsibilities:
- Provide marketable and feasible places for sellers.
- Provide feasible plans for the division.
- Develop marketing and sales strategies.
- Recruit and train sales managers and property specialists.
- Provide reports.
- Implement marketing and sales activities for the division.
- Make plans to hit sales quotas.
- Recruit Sales Managers and Property Specialists who have great experience in real estate.
Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years in sales team leadership in Real Estate.
- Proven success and strong management skills in Real Estate.
- College graduate, preferably a licensed broker.
- Ability to recruit 3 Sales Managers and 3 Property Specialists.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50,000.00 per month
