Requirements

Job Roles and Responsibilities As a BPO (Voice) Associate, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer support through voice channels. You will interact with customers, address their queries, and ensure a positive customer experience. Key tasks include responding to emails, managing live chats, and handling social media inquiries. Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs.

Education Requirements Senior High school diploma or completed two years in college Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred) 3.
Experience 0-5 years of customer service experience (preferred). Experience in a BPO or customer support environment (preferred). 4.
Skills and Competencies Excellent written communication skills in English. Proficient in typing and computer navigation. Active listening and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems (preferred). 5.
Language Proficiency Proficient in English (required) for effective communication.
