Roles and Responsibilities - Charter Sales & Marketing at Karwaan:
- Conduct market research and generate a comprehensive database of the industry and potential clients.
- Initiate cold calls to corporate companies to onboard them as clients.
- Attend various exhibitions and conventions to engage with potential clients, prospect corporate companies, and bring them on board.
- Generate sales by sourcing leads through various social media platforms and tools like , Facebook, and Instagram.
- Establish partnerships with corporate companies and register Karwaan as a vendor for their travel and event requirements.
- Manage the client onboarding process and ensure smooth execution of each deal.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business.
- Develop effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets aligned with Karwaan's business objectives.
- Identify and cultivate new business prospects in the aviation market, generating leads to increase sales and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by promptly addressing their needs and responding to feedback effectively.
- Create and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations, emphasizing the benefits of Karwaan's services.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless coordination and management of charters, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities, adjusting sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage project finances effectively to achieve sales targets while controlling costs.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in B2B and B2C sales, ideally in the aviation or luxury services industry.
- Willingness to travel daily for sales meetings.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in the aviation industry is an advantage.
- Must possess a valid passport.
- A proven track record of acquiring clients is essential.

Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in charter sales is advantageous.
