As an integral member of the EMEIA FSO Talent Development team, we are committed to creating the right mix, mindset and moments for our people. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, inclusive and multicultural team as our EMEIA FSO Talent Manager, with a focus on the career, performance and development of our partners and directors.
EMEIA FSO is our dedicated EMEIA financial services practice, which operates across multiple geographies and incorporates all our service lines (Assurance, Consulting, Strategy and Transactions, and Tax and Legal).
The role:
The role is focused on supporting the career, performance and development of our leaders. We look after a range of key areas including LEAD (our global performance and development management approach), succession planning, partner learning, career support programs, and more. We work closely with our regional service line teams, Regional service line talent consultants, and broader talent development community to achieve our objectives.
The role will mainly focus on driving and implementing our performance management approach for our partners and directors. This requires close collaboration with business leaders and country talent consultants.
The successful candidate will be motivated, curious and have excellent attention to detail. The role requires strong stakeholder skills and someone who can shape, plan and deliver the career, performance and development approach for our partners and directors.
Your key responsibilities
- Working closely with the EMEIA FSO PPEDD Career, Performance and Development (CPD) Lead and with EMEIA FSO Talent & Business stakeholders to shape, develop and implement PPEDD performance activities, in alignment with EMEIA FSO regional strategy.
- Build strong relationships with Service Line and Country Talent Consultants to successfully drive and implement PPEDD performance activities.
- Supervise and review team members activities (including data / reporting) to provide support and insights related to our various processes.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new key CPD PPEDDs initiatives, e.g., EMEIA FSO Strategic projects, Partner development strategy build out, Leadership behaviours approach.
- Suggest innovative ways to do things - whether that be current processes, approaches or reporting.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Project Management/Change experience - sound knowledge of project management and change management methods and application, with strong organisation skills.
- Relationship management skills - ability to work with and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders (e.g., Senior Leaders, Country Talent Consultants).
- Consulting skills - ability to understand business challenges, assess issues/opportunities and propose solutions.
- Agile mindset, with ability to shift focus rapidly and cope with ambiguity.
Ideally, you'll also have
- Strong data handling skills - from cleaning, to analysing and visually-presenting data.
- Teaming skills - partner effectively and inclusively with colleagues and the wider talent ecosystem.
What we look for
- Motivated and curious individual, looking for new growth and challenge.
- Experience in the Talent Development space is a plus but not required.
- Experience of working in fast-paced, demanding environments is a plus.
- Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and PowerBi.
