Our client is seeking a skilled Change & Communications Manager to spearhead organisational change during a complex transformation. In this role, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful business outcomes and manage the transition of people and communication strategies effectively. This position offers a unique opportunity to successfully influence and drive change across the organisation.
The ideal candidate will:
- Lead strategic organisational change initiatives and communications
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including internal HR, project management and marketing stakeholders to achieve strategic business outcomes
- Contribute to the improvement of organisational change services
- Be willing and able to travel interstate
- Showcase proven experience in navigating uncertain processes and demonstrating agility
- Interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Guide and support other team members including Project Officers
- Handle sensitive or confidential projects with discretion and professionalism
