Director, Marketing and Communications – Work Dynamics

We are looking for a marketing and communications lead for our ANZ Work Dynamics business sitting within the ANZ marketing and communications team.
Role Purpose
The role is responsible for planning, building, and implementing the rollout of marketing initiatives to support our Work Dynamics business (project & development services, integrated facilities management, workplace strategy and many other teams) strategic growth opportunities across ANZ. The person in this role will work closely with regional and global marketing colleagues and partner with the Work Dynamics ANZ leadership team as well as the associated business, research and centres of excellence (COEs = digital, brand, communication, events, etc.) to support the Work Dynamics business growth and strengthen JLL’s market positioning through planning and development of marketing campaigns. Duties will include marketing planning, campaign development, coordination of rollouts, digital marketing, events strategy, content, collateral development/distribution and client communications.
What this job involves:
- Marketing alignment and development:
- Business alignment - work as part of a team to ensure that marketing activities (product/service/sectors) are aligned with the broader Work Dynamics growth strategy and business priorities.
- Campaign management and execution – work with local leadership and regional and global teams, as well as centres of excellence, to localise and implement global campaigns in the ANZ market. Work closely with business leadership to identify and deliver any specific local campaigns required to meet ANZ business priorities.
- Marketing:
- Content marketing – work closely with the research and editorial content teams as well as wider business to develop content strategies, coordinate their output and their integration into marketing campaigns to amplify JLL’s thought leadership across strategic topics such as capital, sectors, and products.
- Digital marketing – partner with the Digital COE to coordinate the development and delivery of digital solutions for internal and external Work Dynamics initiatives with a strong focus on social and paid digital media and JLL.com.
- Collateral development – manage the development and publication of local marketing collaterals and the localisation of global/regional material, aligned with Work Dynamics global value propositions and messaging. This may include brochures, capability statements, videos, content plans and other promotional materials to support marketing initiatives.
- Client communications – create, distribute and report on effectiveness of regular and ad-hoc client communications.
- Events and sponsorship – work with event manager and business line teams to identify and manage major client events and sponsorship opportunities – including content strategy, messaging, external promotion and creative execution. Identify opportunities to pitch senior leaders for speaking opportunities and amplify across relevant channels.
- Media and PR – Partner with ANZ media team to amplify research, major deal announcements, new senior appointments and identify opportunities for campaigns.
- Brand management – provide advice and guidance to business stakeholders in the application of JLL’s brand guidelines as they relate to client or vendor-specific applications.
- Measurement – provide measurement and ROI analysis across projects and campaigns.
- Administration:
- Work with creative services (the firm’s internal production team) to ensure that all marketing materials adhere to the JLL’s brand guidelines.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers and agencies, when required, to save cost or add value to the development of marketing initiatives.
- Maintain project files, including budgets and production schedules.
- Track marketing and communications metrics and generate monthly/quarterly reports.

- Education to degree standard or equivalent.
- Demonstrable experience developing and executing B2B marketing campaigns, preferably in multinational corporations in professional or financial service industries.
- Experienced people manager.
- An understanding of real estate markets is a key component for the ideal candidate.
- Understanding of digital marketing processes, techniques, and tactics.
- Proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders at the most senior of levels and manage complex projects across multiple services.
- Proven ability to collaborate with internal (COEs and regional/global teams) and external (creative and media agencies) partners.
- 6+ years marketing work experience in progressive, matrixed organisations.
- Proactive, flexible approach and ability to meet tight deadlines and participate in global (out of hours) calls/meetings.
