Who will you be working with? This role reports to the Project Manager.
Where is the position located? This is a full-time role based in Port Hedland.
What will your typical day look like?
- Promote and ensure the highest standards of health, safety and environmental management systems are implemented and adhered to.
- Coordinating project management activities, resources and information.
- Providing administration and project support to the team including the preparation and coordination of project papers, reports and key project tasks.
- Document control as required.
- Manage office reception, in particular telephone switchboard, incoming & outgoing mail/packages, office appointments and meetings.
- Support mobilisation arrangements for personnel (both external & internal) travelling to site including booking of Flights and Accommodation.
- Assist Project and finance team in the preparation and consolidation of time sheeting, invoicing, reporting, general administration and as required.
- Coordinate OH&S and HR administration, in conjunction with head office, as required.
What do we want to know about you?
- Post-secondary and Administration Qualifications
- Substantial experience working as a Project Administrator in an Engineering Environment
- Project Finance experience (Invoicing & PO's, resourcing & analysis).
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using payroll databases to ensure timesheets are correctly costed.
