We are seeking a confident and experienced Office Admin/ EA/ & Corp Sec to join our team.

We have a team of 90 professional and support staff across two office locations.

You will be responsible for handling client communication, providing EA support to our Partners, and completing various corporate secretarial matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary and email management of Partners
- Supporting Partners in EA capacity
- Handle ASIC lodgements such as company registration, share transfers, shareholder updates, address and name changes, and related documentation
- Manage annual company statements, business name applications, and ABN/TFN applications
- Set up and manage companies, trusts, and superannuation funds
- Maintain statutory records and company registers
- Provide exceptional support to both internal and external clients
- Administrative and operational support
- Reception relief as required
About You:
- You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within professional services (accounting, legal)
- Experience with electronic document management systems (i.e. FYI Docs), APS, and Now Infinity is beneficial
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Driven and self-motivated
- Ability to work as a team player, and autonomously as required

Salary: $90,000 to $100,000 package for the right candidate
