Roles and Responsibilities:
- Sourcing, screening, and providing qualified candidates for various technical / functional roles across Europe.
- Build network of potential candidates and ensure prompt submissions.
- Aggressively work on the allocated requirements and submit quality profiles.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals to shortlists to interviews and placements.
Desired Candidate Profil e:
- 1 to 6 years of experience in UK/EU Recruitment
- Should have excellent network in the industry and also be able to source profiles from non-conventional channels.
- Extensive and demonstrable experience of sourcing candidates utilizing a variety of methods including networking, on-line and off-line advertising, internet search.
- Should be good at Boolean search on job boards and also recruitment using .
- Own the client requirements and delight the stakeholders with quality & timely delivery.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Aptitude to learn, positive attitude and a high level of commitment towards work.
- Decent understanding of IT terminology.
- Must be a self-starter.
