Job Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company and its products or services. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers. You will also identify and evaluate new digital technologies and use web analytics tools to measure site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display and search advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with the digital marketing manager to develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business goals.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- Content Creation: Assist in the creation of engaging online content—including written, graphic, and video formats—that are tailored to the target audience and consistent with the brand voice.
- Social Media Management: Manage and maintain the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, , Instagram, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
- Analytics and Reporting: Use various analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on the data.
-SEO and SEM: Implement strategies to improve search engine rankings and manage SEM campaigns, ensuring that they meet both traffic and conversion goals.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated email workflows.
- Paid Advertising: Manage paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media ads, and other online ad platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI.
- Website Management: Oversee and manage the company’s website, ensuring that it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as sales and customer service, to gather insights and ensure cohesive and effective marketing communications.
- Budget Management: Assist in the planning and management of the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and various email marketing software.
- Experience with SEO/SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other related digital marketing certificates.
