We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Web3 Community Manager to support the expansion of our client a Web3 Gaming company in the Asia market . As the Web3 Community Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing a vibrant community of gamers, influencers, and developers. You will act as the bridge between our gaming ecosystem and users, ensuring consistent engagement, promoting community events, and driving brand awareness across Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute community growth strategies specific to the Asia region.
- Engage with community members on platforms such as Discord, Telegram, and Twitter / X.
- Organize and host online and offline community events, tournaments, and AMAs.
- Partner with Web3 influencers, streamers, and KOLs in the Asian gaming scene.
- Monitor and report community sentiment, providing actionable insights to the team.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to relay community feedback.
- Manage localization efforts for content and campaigns targeted at Asian audiences.
- Stay updated on Web3 gaming trends and news in Asia.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in community management, preferably in Web3 or gaming.
- Strong knowledge of the Asian gaming market and Web3 technologies.
- Excellent communication skills in English and one or more Asian languages.
- Experience working with blockchain, Web3 communities, crypto, NFTs, and decentralized ecosystems.
