Position/Job Title: SALES MANAGER (with experience in HRIS SaaS Sales)

Work Schedule: Compressed work week, Mondays to Fridays with 1 or 2 Sat WFH
Work Location: Makati
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Develop and execute Sales and Marketing Strategy.
• Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales process and resource to create and execute winning solution sales strategies.
• Work through leads to Sales on CRM.
• Manage and track customer interaction and transactional information in a CRM system.
• Give presentations, product demos and general support to prospective customers.
• Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.
• Hire, coach and lead a high-performing team members.
• Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers and support staff.
• Travel to customer locations in support of sales efforts.
• Works with Customer Success (Implementation and Support) team to ensure Client Satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of 2 years related experience in HRIS SaaS sales.
• Willing to travel for business trips to meet clients.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Outgoing, highly-motivated, aggressive, ambitious.
Salary Range (Php): 35k-45k
