Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field in Employee Relations
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on compliance and risk management.
Has background or knowledge in Employee Engagement.
Willing to be assigned in Makati, Onsite (Mon-Sat)
Can start ASAP
