Salary Range for USA based staff: $55,463 - $65,250

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Website Translation Manager to oversee the translation of our website content into multiple languages. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of translators, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of translations, and maintaining the quality of our website's multilingual content. The ideal candidate will have experience in translation project management, excellent organizational skills, and a strong understanding of localization best practices. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, but not required.
Primary Responsibilities:
Translation management:
- Oversee integration project with 3rd Party AI based translation solution and CMS (Brightspot).
- Oversee global translation services specialists: manage contacts, hours, training, workflow, and deadlines.
- Create translation workflow for current assets along with strategy for future implementation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, brand communications, content, marketing, and development.
Assist with general website projects:
- Assist Senior Product Manager with managing the content, functionality, and overall performance of a website.
- Support technical upgrades to site CMS and site redesigns.
- Assist with website compliance and software upgrades.
- Help maintain resources pages, including updating documents and links.
- Analyzing website traffic and user behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporating them into the website's development.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, Product Lead, or similar role.
- Experience in web translations is preferred but not required.
- An understanding of sport, health, the Intellectual Disability (ID) community is preferred but not required.
- Ensure that translated content is not only accurate but also culturally appropriate.
- Experience with website content management systems (CMS) required
- Understanding Brightspot is preferred, not required
- Understanding of Google GA4 and other web-based metrics
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work well independently and under pressure while meeting deadlines.
- Think and solve critical issues creatively
- High degree of creativity, adaptability, flexibility and enthusiasm
