As our new Senior Talent Consultant your focus will be employer branding, sourcing, recruitment and onboarding on a local and regional level. You will become a member of the Talent Operations EMEA team and contribute towards executing our ambitious talent acquisition agenda. Your focus will primarily be to support our business areas in the Western Europe / CEEMEA region, but you’ll also work across EMEA and in global projects. Core responsibilities:
- Build strong partnerships with leaders and people partners to understand and support business area needs in relation to talent acquisition
- Ensure a high-quality end to end life-cycle of recruitment for both hourly and salaried positions
- Partner with stakeholders to define an appropriate sourcing and recruitment strategy and create effective selection techniques which will enable you to hire for LEGO’s culture fit, values and potential
- Connect with our Business Service Operations (BSO) recruitment support team to assign recruitment process related tasks
- Contribute to regional and global recruitment projects
- Drive local employer branding activities, incl. organize job fairs
- Organize local induction for new joiners and successfully onboard new hires through ensuring hiring leaders know their onboarding responsibilities
- Secure strong support to our D&I agenda
Do you have what it takes?
- Higher education
- Work experience in the field of Talent Acquisition: driving end-to-end recruitment for both hourly and salaried positions in an international company
- Hungarian and English: Advanced level (C1)
- Excellent understanding of and natural flair for dealing with people dynamics
- Good business understanding and acumen
- Self-driven personality with can-do-attitude and strong collaborative mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, be flexible and work on multiple roles in parallel
- Interest and ability to quickly learn and apply new and changing solutions
- Known to be structured, organized, and able to prioritize workload and stay on top things
- User level experience of Workday HR platform would be an advantage
