Here’s your chance! The Creative Play Lab Experimental Research Team is looking for a UX/UI/Usability Researcher to help research and testnew propositions.
This is a rare opportunity to drive the development and launch of the LEGO Group’s new digital, interactive play experiences.
Please note: This position is based in London and relocation is not provided. Working some evenings (approx. 4/6 monthly) will be needed when testing requires.
Deliver UX/UI/usability research, working with digital products and services, hardware and software, apps, websites, platforms, etc.
Use UX research methods like live A/B testing, wire frame testing, prototype testing, testing product features, task-based and unmoderated testing.
Experimentation – Identify risky assumptions, forming testable hypotheses, identify and measure metrics, run “in lab” and “in-market” experiments.
Synthesise various data sources, like trends, customer insight, app data, sales data, etc.
Play your part in our team succeeding
You’ll be working in product development teams to ensure our new digital, interactive play is a great user experience. This requires a multidisciplinary researcher with a range of research tools but expertise in UX/UI, digital, interactive product research is required.
Do you have what it takes?
This position requires proven experience working within innovation teams on new hardware and software development and delivery at a design or brand consultancy, market research agency, or client-side.
Key skills and strengths required:
Expertise in UX/UI research, usability testing, user research, interaction design, service design, digital/interactive technology and/or gaming, product/service innovation, Design Thinking, qualitative methods, MVP testing.
Experience or familiarity with Quantitative research (scripting and analyzing surveys, opportunity sizing, pricing strategy, audience validation, etc.), Workshop facilitation and Lean/agile research and Scrum WOWs.
