We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office/store location and 2 days from home. No relocation assistance is offered for this position.
Core Responsibilities
Responsible for leading and driving the entertainment content performance agenda, partnering with the EP&C team to define and implement a measurement roadmap.
Own the entertainment content measurement framework.
Identify, evaluate and recommend new methodologies for entertainment content tracking that supports the measurement roadmap.
Responsible for the creation and delivery of entertainment content performance insights to global, regional and market collaborators.
Partner with our internal data science team and external agencies to lead entertainment content analytical modeling projects e.g. attribution modelling.
Interpret data, build swift actionable recommendations, workshop solutions with teams, track recommendation implementation, then establish learnings and share.
Do you have what it takes.
Experience in an insights led role for a major consumer brand, with extensive experience in entertainment content analytics and insight.
Experience of building entertainment content measurement frameworks and getting consensus from multiple senior leadership.
Highly proficient in SQL (Hive, Impala) or similar experience in analysing large structured and unstructured datasets. Proficiency in data collection/integration and modelling techniques.
Natural curiosity- always looking to understand why something has happened and looking for the 'so what?'
Proven track record of creating actionable insights from multiple data sources which have delivered against business performance.
