Job Summary
B Technology, LLC is looking for an enthusiastic, well-qualified
individual to fill the Business Operations Analyst III position and to
join our team of qualified, diverse individuals.
The candidate will provide, but not limited to business operations and
executive assistance support, aiding the Leadership Team in strategic
and programmatic communications. Responsibilities include maintaining
quality services, preparing reports and presentations, managing
SharePoint and document libraries, tracking correspondence and taskings,
and managing internal/external suspense processes. The role may involve
direct client interaction and occasional technical troubleshooting.
Job Requirements:
• Assist the Leadership Team in strategic and programmatic
communications, from program planning to execution.
• Maintain quality services by adhering to organizational standards in
all work products.
• Prepare reports and presentations by collecting, analyzing, and
summarizing information varying from unclassified to sensitive
information.
• Participate in group efforts to achieve project objectives.
• Create, organize, and maintain SharePoint and other document
libraries with information provided from briefings, acquisition
packages, and other documentation.
• Track and review incoming correspondence and taskings, making
recommendations for assignment and revisions to actions.
• Assist in the management of internal/external suspense processes
using existing systems.
• Provide support for internal events as needed.
• Prepare packages for reviews, including briefings, documents, or any
material requiring staffing through senior Government staff members
and leaders, and coordinate with other organizations as necessary for
external signatures.
• Prepare memorandums, letters, reports, and spreadsheets as required.
• Organize all files and assist in developing/revising Standard
Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Coordinate Project centered meetings as needed.
• Experience in interfacing with multiple departments.
• Ability to assist in the oversight, execution, and reporting for all
IT budgetary and POM requirements.
• Proficiency in establishing, managing, maintaining, and reporting
all command systems of record.
• Experience in tracking and reporting procurement activities.
• Ability to provide oversight, execution, documentation, and
reporting of all IT assets.
Education / Certifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related work
experience (relevant experience - field preferred – and education may
be considered in lieu of a degree).
- Secret Clearance
Knowledge:
- Proficiency in strategic communication and programmatic planning.
- Understanding of quality standards and adherence to organizational
protocols.
- Familiarity with document management systems like SharePoint and
Microsoft 365 Suite.
- Experience in coordinating events and managing office logistics.
- Knowledge of IT asset management practices and procurement
procedures.

- Strong self-starter requiring minimal supervision

Security Clearance:
Must be a U.S. Citizen. A high-level Department of Defense active secret
security clearance is required. Applicants selected will be subject to a
