We are looking for an Associate Trade Marketing Manager who will help bring the creativity, imagination and fun of LEGO® play to more kids, families and shoppers across Australia & New Zealand!
Support the Trade Marketing team on the execution of BTL marketing plans grounded in shopper insights that deliver successful omnichannel retail shopping experiences, driving achievement of retailer and The LEGO Group objectives
Assist in retail marketing program development, including briefing in-store and collaboration with agencies to move to execution
Completely own the development of generic POS for the LEGO Brand. Work with Field Sales team to optimize POS offering, manage inventory and support order processing.
Responsible for accurate and timely management of Trade Marketing budgets in internal management systems. Supports processes for month end close and year end close for ANZ trade marketing
Support the trade marketing team in implementing retail marketing programs by communicating internally, collaborating with colleagues, providing installation instructions, assembling program kits, managing / tracking shipping, and resolving issues.
In collaboration with the Marketing Coordinator, handle the marketing warehouse with a third party supplier.
Establish strong working relationships with Marketing, Sales Teams, Field Sales Team, and external suppliers for effective program execution

Do you have what it takes?
University degree in Marketing or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in consumer products marketing in a retail context
Demonstrated detail orientation with experience in successful time management, budget management, project management and marketing logistics
Effective relationship builder who can collaborate across functions and business units
Experience in driving processes with tools like Microsoft Excel preferred
Excellent teammate able to work independently, collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
A curious, proactive self starter with eagerness to learn
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple demands
Strong communicator
Strong analytical and excel skills
High attention to detail
Experience working with marketing or creative agencies a plus!
