About th is role : As a Nephrologist, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.
- Primary sites include Intermountain McKay Dee and Logan regional hospitals
- Employment is with the Intermountain Medical Group and will be based in Ogden, Utah
- Physician will collaborate with Intermountain nephrologists, advanced practice providers and nurse navigators to deliver general nephrology care in outpatient clinic, hospital, dialysis, and telehealth settings
- Ideal candidate will contribute to a patient-centered, value-based care delivery model and possesses exceptional interpersonal skills to foster a culture of teamwork and multi-disciplinary collaboration
- Medical director and/or other clinical leadership experience desirable
- Teaching/learning mindset and home dialysis interest is a plus
- Participation in weekly interdisciplinary care meetings and educational conferences is supported
- This position includes a $30,000 sign-on bonus, up to $20,000 in relocation assistance , stipend and $75,000 in student loan repayment when applicable

What you'll bring: - MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
- US ACGME accredited r esidency
- ABMS b oard certification or eligibility in Nephrology
- Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- BLS certification and DEA
- Ability to successfully com plete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
- Candidates requiring Visa sponsorship will be reviewed on an individual basis
