Boutique events services company based in Chelsea, Manhattan is seeking a Temp Executive/Personal Assistant to the Co-Founder. This position is Monday - Friday onsite, 9:30am-5:30pm with flexibility to work after hours for urgent needs. The position starts on/around October 7
th /8
th and the duration is approximately four weeks.
Responsibilities:
- Heavy email management
- Arrange calls, meetings, reservations and appointments for Co-Founder
- Coordinates arrangements and logistics
- Expense management
- Handle personal errands and day-to-day needs
- Provide assistance when there are projects or special events
Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience supporting a senior leader/ C level/ Founder as an EA/PA
- Proficient in Microsoft Products particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Adobe
- Good verbal and communication skills and conduct themselves in a professional manner
- Good organizational skills a must, along with meticulous attention to detail. Need good follow up
- Must be proactive and self-motivated, with an ability to take initiative
- Need someone who can "get the job done" and come up with creative solutions
Pay:
- $29-$33/hour pay rate depending on experience
