Futrend Technology Inc. has an opening for an experienced Network Administrator to join our team of industry leading professionals supporting one of our Customers in the Federal Government. This role will support Voice over IP (VoIP) solutions and Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform administration.
This is a remote position with occassional travel to the client site.

Roles & Responsibilities
Provide Administration and Support to the following:
- Provide Support and Administration to Zebra Phones
- PTT Pro Administration
- Responsible for application settings and user integration
- WFC Voice Administration
- Responsible for all CUCM and Rauland SIP address management and integration into the mobile app.
- MDM Configuration and Management
- Provide support to applications that require MDM configuration and management settings.
- Ivanti/MobileIron MDM
- Tier II MDM Admin and SME. Also, the primary POC is for coordinating with CIT MDM Admins.
- Mobile Application Testing and Deployment
- Testing and deployment of mobile applications for both Android and iOS devices.
- Telehealth Support
- Front-end support for Andor Telehealth and the MDM side.
- BigFix Admin – Software Package Development
- Development of custom BigFix packages for software deployments.
- SCSU Camera Support
- Vendor coordination and hardware access
- ICU Camera Support
- Vendor coordination and hardware access
- Patient Call/RTLS
- Management of the new RTLS mobile application as part of the whole patient call systems
- Vendor Coordination
- Adhoc vendor coordination is needed for the above-listed tasks and responsibilities.
- Sunrise Mobile
- Mobile support of the Sunrise Mobile (CRIS) app
- AdHoc IT requests and special projects
- Main POC for Zebra
- POC and SME for Zebra tablet devices
- Primary iOS SME
- AD Cleanup
- Responsible for performing a clean-up of all orphaned systems bi-annually.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass background check and obtain Public Trust Clearance
- 5-7 years of experience in providing technical support in a VOIP environment
- Telephony SME
- VoIP SME for DCRI
- Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a relevant major (Computer Science, Information Technology)
