Shaler Area School District is seeking a skilled leader to oversee capital and energy management projects for our school facilities. You’ll handle everything from planning to execution, manage contractors, and ensure top-notch operation standards. Ideal candidates will have a background in engineering, experience in school constructions, and strong leadership skills.

This position requires a valid driver’s license, technology proficiency, and sufficient relevant experience with all facets of construction and building maintenance with preference for candidates who hold a Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent area of study, experience with union negotiation and administration of CBA’s, and experience with school construction, bonds and other public financing programs. Current clearances will be required upon offer. Competitive salary/benefits. EEOE.
